PERMITTING
Our in-house team prepares your permit application, including all project specifications, site plans, and drawings. We coordinate with the city for permit submission.
CONSTRUCTION
Depending on the ADU offering chosen, we offer you three options:
- Panelized Kits: DIY - build it yourself.
- Plans & Panelized Kits & Consulting: We connect you with a general contractor or choose your own. And our consultant will take hourly rate on coach you the whole process.
